This one day workshop is designed for anyone interested in improving personal health and wellness, and is intended to address common symptoms of organ displacement and the benefits of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage Self Care massage. It is not intended to prepare the individual to apply this technique professionally.
This workshop will be presented by Samantha Ford, a certified practitioner and Certified Self Care Instructor to offer communities who could benefit from this one day offering.

Content of this one day class will include the following:

Intro to Traditional Healing
-- Review of Anatomy & Physiology
-- Review of Signs and Symptoms of Displaced organs – male and female
-- Contraindications
-- Expectations/Benefits of massage
-- Demo of technique
-- Review of herbal supplements and other modalities
-- Group practice of Self care massage
-- Meditation
-- Limitation of practice – to Self Only

Fee total: Offered at a Sliding Scale of $120.-200.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All balances must be paid by two weeks prior to the starting date of the workshop.
  • If a cancellation is made prior to 2 weeks before the workshop, monies will be returned less the deposit.
  • If a cancellation is made fewer than 2 weeks before the first day of class, any monies submitted are unable to be returned and are non-transferable.
