EarthDancer Wellness Community Clinic opened its doors 7 March 2008.

Clinic Appointments:

We offer half-hour appointments consisting of:
30 minute Clinic Check-in and Treatment - $45 - 55, sliding scale per session.

Pre-requisite to Scheduling:

The pre-requisite to scheduling an appointment with the clinic is to:
be a current Established Client with EarthDancer Wellness
 or
to have attended the one-day workshop: Hands on Health – the Maya Way.

Clinic Schedule:

Day/ Times: Weekly appointments Now Available - call to schedule.

           * Clinic hours are by appointment only.
  We do not accept walk-in appointments.

Scheduling an Appointment:

It is required to email earthdancer@earthdancermassage.com or call 510 459 3759 to schedule a clinic appointment. You will receive a confirmation return email or call if that date/time is available.

Fees:

A Half Hour Appointment is offered at the
Sliding Scale of $45 - 55 per 30 minute session

Treatment time:

Treatment time begins at the time scheduled.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot assure we will be available to see you and you will owe your full session fee.

Cancellation Policy

 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Of course as much notice as possible is appreciated. With less than 48 hours notice given the full appointment fee is due immediately.  If you don’t show up for your appointment without giving any notice, you will be responsible for full appointment fee.
